We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Every item is carefully packed with love to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Processing Time
All our wax melts are hand-poured in small batches and made to order , please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
During busy periods this may extend slightly - but we'll always keep you updated
UK Shipping
- All Items will be posted Royal Mail 2nd Class at a fixed rate of £3
- Gift sets will be posted Royal Mail 2nd class at £5
- Delivery in 2-5 business days after dispatch
Free Postage when you spend £30 or more
Returns & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. we'll always do our best to put thing right.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on wax melts once they have been opened , used or removed from their original packaging. This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety to all customers
If your order arrives damaged or faulty , please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with

- A clear photo of the damaged or faulty item
A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will happily offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders
If you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund once the mistake has been confirmed
Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped , Once an order has been shipped it CANNOT be cancelled .
Approved refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days depending on how payment was made .
